Prior to using our products, a patch test is recommended to ensure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients used. We use FDA Certified /Non-GMO regulated skin care ingredients (printed on label if applicable). If skin irritation occurs discontinue use of product immediately.

Orders are processed M-F and typically take between 5-10 business days to process/ fulfill (excluding pre-sale items). For orders placed during the holiday seasons please allow an additional 3-5 business days for processing.

North Beauty by Michèl currently fulfills orders with USPS, Fedex, and UPS. During the COVID-19 Pandemic, our third-party shipping partners may experience delays in shipping, please rest assured that we will do our best to make sure your order is delivered timely. Due to the nature of North Beauty’s products, we do not accept returns on makeup/ skincare products at this time. Address changes and corrections can be made up to 48 hours after purchase.
